Save the Dates - Metta Retreat and Insight Meditation Retreat

EIM will be co-hosting two retreats back to back at Star of the North Retreat Centre (St. Albert) in 2027. This will give people an opportunity to attend retreat(s) for 7 days, 10 days or 16 days.

  • A Metta Retreat - June 5-11, 2027 with Adrianne Ross, Rachel Lewis and Jeanne Corrigal‍ ‍

  • An Insight Meditation Retreat - June 11 - 20, 2027 with Guy Armstrong, Sally Clough-Armstrong and Jeanne Corrigal
